This page is a placeholder outlining the intended terms for using Driftr. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel and must not be treated as binding until it is.

Eligibility. Driftr is built for foreigners living, working, studying, or traveling in its launch cities. Accounts must pass Level 2 identity and nationality verification before matching or messaging.

Conduct. Harassment, impersonation, scams, and unsafe behavior are grounds for suspension or a permanent ban, with every enforcement decision logged and reviewable.

Subscriptions.Premium features are billed through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing on mobile. Cancellation, refund, and renewal terms will follow each store's policies and be published in full before any paid feature goes live.
