Level 2 — Identity + Liveness Verified
Requires: Selfie liveness + identity/nationality validation
Unlocks: Unlocks discovery, matching, and messaging, plus a verified badge.
Level 3 — Residence / Status Verified
Requires: Visa, ARC, Gold Card, work permit, or student status
Unlocks: Enhanced badge, higher ranking, and verified-only filters.

Human moderation review
Reports and failed verifications go to a real reviewer, not a black box. Every decision is logged and accountable.
